currently i’m on a yoghurt-trip. i don’t know how else to describe it.
last sunday, i was accounting for dressing the salads. my parents got home late for lunch, so i ate almost an entire yoghurt-cup (~half a liter; minus the two tablespoons i used for the dressing).
and yesterday i decided to have cup of yoghurt and a pear for (first) dinner.
i generally don’t eat much yoghurt, so this is pretty unusual.
i read that people with a lactose intolerance unconsciously avoid milk-products – i believe that’s what i do.
because although i love the taste, i often don’t feel so good afterwards.
